We accept return requests within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If it has been more than 30 days since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot process your return request.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The product must have all tags and labels intact and be returned in its original packaging.
  • Promotional or deeply discounted products are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Process

4. Refund Method

5. Cases Not Eligible for Refunds
