  • Delivery Time: The total delivery time includes both processing time and transit time.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email with your tracking number.

Important Note: For orders with multiple items, you may receive different tracking numbers for each item, and they may arrive on separate dates. You will be notified by email with the corresponding tracking number as soon as the item ships.

2. Delivery Time

  • The estimated delivery time for orders is between 7-15 days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and may be impacted by factors such as carrier delays, logistical challenges, or other destination-specific information.
  • While rempell.online is not responsible for any delays, we are committed to keeping you informed and updating you with any significant changes regarding your order’s delivery.

  • We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.99 on all orders, making it simple and straightforward to manage your shipping costs with no hidden fees or variable charges.

  • Currently, rempell.online only ships within the United States.
  • Regardless of your location within the U.S., we work with reliable carriers to ensure that your order is delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner.

5. Shipping Providers

  • We partner with trusted carriers, including USPS, to ensure fast and secure delivery of your orders. USPS offers a high-quality and reliable service that allows you to track your shipment and receive timely updates.
  • Once your order is processed, we will send you tracking information so you can monitor your package’s status.

  • Rempell.online is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages, but we will assist you in tracking down any issues.
